    Hi Bryan… this all reminds me that I should cancel my gym membership, which I haven’t used much these past few months. You’re right, for those that want to target specific body parts, home exercise equipment can be ideal. However, I think that people should find some kind of physical activity that they can fall in love with. This way they’ll keep it up and be much more likely to get into the shape that they are striving for.
