Mammograms should start at 40??

In today’s release by the Journal Cancer, a massive study conducted with 600 000 Swedish Women from the year 1986 to 1985, showed that annual mammography beginning from women in their 40s helps reduces breast cancer by a third. So does this mean that this study is now a valid study to consider future mammograms?
