About Marelie

Reclaiming my health has been a monumental decision and privilege over the years. I had to learn how to navigate connection, food choices, relaxation and movement, I learned to prioritize progress over perfection. And as I persisted it brought back balance into my life.

I understand how overwhelming it can be to juggle a career, family, and other responsibilities while trying to take care of your health. Fatigue, stress, and low energy levels often get pushed aside—until they can't be ignored any longer.

The truth is, the journey isn't always easy - and it's never a quick fix. But with the right support, guidance, and tools , it can be both empowering and deeply rewarding. That's what I offer my clients: practical strategies, compassion, and a partner in their journey to sustainable health.

My Approach

My approach is designed for anyone who wants to feel at ease with daily health choices they are making.  Using practical strategies to discover what fits your unique context in regaining your health that will result in positive changes.

My passion lies in holistic well-being, and I firmly believe that true vitality comes from nurturing every aspect of our lives. This includes sleep rhythms, connection, rest, dietary choices and purpose. A Health Pilgrimage reflects this truth in that, mindful and purposeful steps are created to find the direction your health must take.

Programmes

I offer three distinct programmes to suit your specific needs. As added value I include a tailored maintenance period to support your newly developed habits, and help you stay on track. 

Sessions

Sessions last between 45 minutes and one hour - and are available online or in person.
